Sweet Strawberry Toast

Serves 1 serve

Ingredients

1 slice seed bread
2 teaspoons cottage cheese
4 fresh strawberries washed, hulled and halved
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup

Instructions

Lightly toast the bread then spread with the cottage cheese.
Arrange the strawberries on top of the toast and drizzle with the deliciously sweet syrup.

This was truly amazing as a breakfast I made it as a sweet for after dinner it was delicious, I used cream cheese spread to try it was also delicious thank you ladies for another wonderful recipe 😊😊😊
