Strawberry cheesecake

Ingredients
- 250 grams cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 500 grams fresh strawberries sliced
- 8 butternut crunch biscuits crushed
Instructions
- This simply delicious dessert can be layered to form a whole cake or constructed into 4 individual timbale moulds.
- Mix cream cheese and maple syrup together.
- Layer cream cheese, strawberries and biscuits.
- Top with a beautifully sliced strawberry.
