Snakes Alive

Serves 12 snakes


  • 100 grams milk chocolate coarsely chopped
  • 12 snakes maybe more depending on size


  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • In a microwaveable bowl, melt the chocolate on medium power for 30-second increments, stirring each time, until smooth and creamy.
  • Dip three quarters of each snake into the chocolate, letting the excess drip back into the bowl.
  • Place on the baking tray and refrigerate until set.
