Scrolls

Serves 8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 100g ham off the bone chopped
  • 2 tablespoons (40g) tomato (or pizza) paste
  • 1/4 cup (30g) grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 180C.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Spread the tomato paste over the sheet of pastry.
  • Scatter across the ham and cheese.
  • Roll into a log.
  • Cut into pinwheels (2cm thick) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
