Salmon Flan

Serves 4 servings


  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 415 grams pink salmon
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese


  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Line a 22cm pie dish with baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs.
  • Add the sour cream, season with cracked pepper and whisk to combine.
  • Add the salmon and Parmesan and mix well.
  • Pour into the prepared dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
