Raw Chocolate Brownies

Serves 16 pieces


  • 2 cups almond meal
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup GF crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup raw honey


  • Line a 17cm x 17cm loaf tin with baking paper.
  • Into a bowl, place all the ingredients with a generous pinch of sea salt and stir to combine.
  • Press the mixture into a prepared tin and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Slice to serve.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
