  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Coyo


  • Place all the ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.

The quinoa lends a subtle  nutty flavour to your smooth that perfectly balances the sweetness of the fruit.
