Pikelets | 4 Ingredients

Serves 10 pikelets


  • 1 egg
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 cup (150g) GF self-raising flour
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) milk


  • Beat egg and sugar together before adding the other ingredients, mix thoroughly.
  • Heat a non-stick frypan and dollop a heaped tbs. of the mixture into it.
  • Flip pikelet when you see small bubbles forming on its upper side.
  • Cook for a further minute and repeat until the mixture is used.
  • Serve with butter, cream, jam, fruit or syrup.
