Split the ciabatta loaf lengthwise and scoop out the bread.
Fill one side with the antipasto
Fill the other side with bocconcini.
Follow with your choice of ham, pepperoni, or salami.
Place the halves back together, wrap tightly in baking paper, and secure with masking tape or kitchen twine.
Pop in the fridge with a weight on top (a casserole dish would do) and leave for 2 hours.
To serve, simply unwrap and cut crosswise into slices.
