M&M Bars

Serves 16 bars


  • 220 grams Arrowroot biscuits Hobnobs, Graham Crackers
  • 400g can condensed milk
  • 1 cup M&Ms


  • Preheat oven 160˚C.
  • Line a 30 x 20cm baking tray with baking paper.
  • In a food processor or blender, process the biscuits until a fine meal results. Pour into a large bowl.
  • Add the M&Ms and condensed milk and stir well to combine.
  • Scrape the mixture into the prepared tray.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until just golden.
  • Cool completely before slicing to serve.
