Keto Cinnamon Dip

Serves 4 serves


  • 250 grams light sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons stevia
  • 250 grams fresh strawberries washed


  • In a bowl, mix together sour cream, cinnamon and stevia.
  • Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour, allowing time for the flavours to meld together.
  • When ready to serve, spoon the cream into a pretty serving bowl; place it on a platter surrounded by fresh, ripe, red strawberries.

Recipe Notes

Optional: You could use a regular fat sour cream, but I find the light sour cream a nicer dip consistency, not quite as thick. Doing this would almost double the fat content and reduce the carbohydrate content by 10 - 15%.
