Keto Cheesecake Bombs

Serves 12 bombs


  • 115 grams cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon stevia
  • 80 grams dark chocolate (60%+) grated


  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter and stevia.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Chill for 10 minutes.
  • Using a teaspoon and damp hands; roll into small balls.
  • Gently sprinkle and roll into grated chocolate to coat.
  • Refrigerate to set.
