Feta & Beetroot Salad

Serves 4 servings


  • 120 grams mixed salad greens
  • 100 grams crumbled feta
  • 1 cup diced beetroot
  • 2 tablespoons (40ml) caramelised balsamic vinegar


  • In a large serving bowl, place the salad greens.
  • Sprinkle with feta and beetroot and season with cracked pepper.
  • Drizzle with caramelised balsamic vinegar to serve.
