Condensed Milk Pancakes

Serves 8 large


  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ can condensed milk
  • ¾ cup milk


  • In a bowl place the flour and make a well.
  • Add remaining ingredients and season with salt.
  • Using a fork, whisk until combined. Rest for 15 minutes.
  • Heat Pie Maker.
  • Lightly grease each pie hole, add ¼ cup mixture to each pie hole.
  • Close lid, cook 3 minutes, flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Using a fork, gently remove. Repeat.
