Chocolate Bark


  • 200g milk or dark chocolate
  • Whatever toppings you have e.g. Chopped nuts, Goji berries, hundreds and thousands


  • Melt 200g milk or dark chocolate in a microwave in 30-second increments until nice and smooth
  • Pour into a paper lined baking tray.
  • Top with whatever you have, chopped nuts, Goji berries, hundreds and thousands, caramel popcorn etc.
  • Place in fridge for 15 minutes or until set.
  • Cut into random shards to serve.
