Chicken Tikka Masala

Serves 8 servings


  • 1 kg chicken thigh fillets diced
  • 2 tablespoons tikka masala paste
  • 420g can condensed tomato soup
  • 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander chopped


  • Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Combine the paste and soup, pour over the chicken, season with cracked pepper and mix well.
  • Cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
  • Just before serving, stir in yoghurt (add more to taste) and coriander.

Recipe Notes

Optional: Serve with rice to soak up the yummy sauce.
