Caramelised Sausages

Serves 2 servings


  • 4 thick gluten free sausages
  • 1 onion skinned
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tomato finely chopped


  • Cook sausages on a BBQ until done, and set aside to cool slightly.
  • Place onions on a BBQ cook until brown and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Once onions have caramelized, score the sausages lengthways with a sharp knife and fill with onion and top with the diced tomato.
