Bolognese Boats

Serves 6 servings


  • 24 jumbo pasta shells
  • 280g cups Bolognese sauce
  • 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated


  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta shells according to package directions.
  • Drain and place on a baking tray; allow to cool.
  • Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  • Fill each shell with Bolognese sauce, then sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan.
  • Bake until the sauce is warmed through and the cheese is golden, about 10 minutes.
