Bircher Muesli | 4 Ingredients

Bircher Muesli

Serves 2 serves


  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cup natural muesli or even just rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup orange juice or juice of choice
  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt


  • Coarsely grate the apple.
  • In a bowl, place muesli, apple, juice and all but 1 tablespoon of yoghurt; mix to combine.
  • Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.
  • To serve, divide the mixture evenly across two bowls and top with a dollop of yoghurt and a slice of apple.

Recipe Notes

This is just so versatile, use whatever juice you prefer, we love cloudy apple, guava or mandarin!
Also serve sprinkled with chia seeds, pepita seeds, flaked almonds, fresh berries and edible flowers.
