Tip: To make your own Homemade Bailey’s, take 2 cans (400g) evaporated milk, 1 can (400g) condensed milk, 1 cup whisky, and ¼ teaspoon instant coffee dissolved in 1 tablespoon of boiling water and blend together. Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. Shake before using. Will keep for up to 2 months.
I’ve been making this gorgeous recipe for years & years at Christmas. It’s always a crowd pleaser & so quick ‘n’ easy to make. I serve with fresh strawberries & sweet biscuits.

Made this a couple of times. Even my nephew, who doesn’t eat a lot of fresh fruit – hoed into the fruit platter after dipping in the sauce! It was so yummy. Will make it a lot more often in the Summer months.
Made it at xmas and it didn’t last long people loved it and when the strawberries ran out they used a spoon to finish it ,nearly had a fight over who was getting the last of it
