Baby BLTs

Serves 12 servings


  • 12 bake-at-home dinner rolls
  • 6 rashers rindless bacon
  • 2 small tomatoes sliced thinly
  • 1/4 iceberg lecttuce shredded


  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Place bread rolls on a tray and cut lengthways without cutting all the way through.
  • Bake for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cut the bacon in half and cook in a large, non-stick frying pan until crisp.
  • Just before serving, fill the rolls with bacon, lettuce and tomato.

Recipe Notes

Optional Brush rolls with mayonnaise or BBQ sauce before filling.
