- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 100g ham off the bone chopped
- 2 tablespoons (40g) tomato (or pizza) paste
- 1/4 cup (30g) grated mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven 180C.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Spread the tomato paste over the sheet of pastry.
- Scatter across the ham and cheese.
- Roll into a log.
- Cut into pinwheels (2cm thick) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
