  • 115 grams cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon stevia
  • 80 grams dark chocolate (60%+) grated
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter and stevia.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Chill for 10 minutes.
  4. Using a teaspoon and damp hands; roll into small balls.
  5. Gently sprinkle and roll into grated chocolate to coat.
  6. Refrigerate to set.
