- 2.5 kilogram silverside fat removed, rinsed
- 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Ginger
- 1.25 litres ginger ale
- Place the silverside into the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle with lightly dried ginger and season with cracked pepper.
- Pour over ginger ale.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or until silverside is soft to slice and succulent.
