- 2 1/2 cps desiccated coconut or shredded to roll
- 400 grams dried apricots finely chopped
- 400g can condensed milk
- Measure out 1/2 cup coconut and set aside on a wide, flat plate.
- Place the remaining coconut in a bowl and stir int he apricots and condensed milk.
- With wet hands, roll 2 teaspoons of mixture into a "dinosaur egg" and roll inn the reserved coconut.
- Refrigerate or freeze for a later date.
