- 200 grams milk or dark chocolate broken up
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 3 cups Coco Pops/Rice Bubbles
- Line 24 mini muffins cups with paper liners.
- In a large saucepan, combine the chocolate and butter and melt over medium-low heat.
- Stir in the cereal, coating thoroughly.
- Divide among the muffin cups and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
