- 4 thick gluten free sausages
- 1 onion skinned
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- Cook sausages on a BBQ until done, and set aside to cool slightly.
- Place onions on a BBQ cook until brown and sprinkle with sugar.
- Once onions have caramelized, score the sausages lengthways with a sharp knife and fill with onion and top with the diced tomato.
