- 24 jumbo pasta shells
- 280g cups Bolognese sauce
- 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta shells according to package directions.
- Drain and place on a baking tray; allow to cool.
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Fill each shell with Bolognese sauce, then sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan.
- Bake until the sauce is warmed through and the cheese is golden, about 10 minutes.
