- 1/2 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 egg
- 500 grams lean beef mince
- Warm peanut butter in a microwave on high for 30 seconds to soften.
- Mix in curry powder and egg. Add to mince and mix well to combine.
- Roll the mixture into 6 fat sausages, insert a skewer into each.
- BBQ or grill, turning to brown evenly until cooked through.
