Apple Pie & Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup natural greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 medium apple diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Combine the yoghurt, seeds and cinnamon along with 1/3 cup water.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, microwave the diced apple with cinnamon for 2 to 3 minutes until soft.
  4. Add the chia seed pudding, mix and enjoy.
