  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Oil
Instructions
  1. Mash the banana.
  2. In a separate bowl beat the egg with a fork; add the banana and mix until well combined.
  3. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
  4. Add one tablespoon of the mixture to make each pancake.
  5. Cook for approximately 2 minutes on either side or until the pancakes start to brown.
  6. Serve immediately.
