This book started as a Facebook LIVE promise. I announced to our followers that I was adopting a 2-week KETO diet prior to a work trip to Paris (to shed a couple of kilos) and would share the recipes I loved along the way. The interest in, and requests for, the recipes saw me promise to write a KETO eBook that could be purchased from our website to celebrate the 12th birthday of 4 Ingredients the day we left for Paris – 17 March, 2019. However, when first round files came back from my designer I knew immediately that this was too good, the images too beautiful and the information too useful to be just an eBook, and 4 Ingredients KETO the book was born.
