4 Ingredient Waffles with No Flour

Did someone say WAFFLES? Wonderful, warm, 4 ingredient WAFFLES made with NO FLOUR!

This is stuff made in dreams – and in my kitchen – here’s how 💗

Makes 3 waffles

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond, peanut or nut butter of choice)
  • 1 tbsp. Stevia
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Place all ingredients into a large bowl and using an electric beater, beat until thoroughly combined.
When your waffle iron is ready, pour one-third the mixture over the irons and cook until ready, 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve with a simple Berry Couli and dollop of coconut yoghurt.
