well i went with mediteranean baked fish from the Gourmet Garden book, was absolutley delish & ill def be making it again....served it with a salad of lettuce, roasted capsicum, sundried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts & white salad onion dressed with a mandarin infused olive oil & loads of fresh parmesan....so much for hubby cooking, I am loving the new "herb it up book"
