I am a hopeless male cook that lives alone and spends a fortune on KFC and frozen foods. I saw the Sunrise show this morning and couldn't believe how easy you made the cooking look.

Seeing it was only 4 ingredients I thought I would try the meat balls for lunch and the Chicken for dinner. It was really nice and I cooked it myself.

I'm even thinking about inviting over a couple of friends for a card night and cooking it for them. Sometime next week I am going out to buy the book. Thanks for making my life a bit easier.
