Savoury Scrolls
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 rashers bacon
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/3 cup (30g) grated parmesan cheese
Smooth tomato paste over the sheet of pastry. Scatter chopped bacon and cheese and roll into a log. Cut into pinwheels (2cm thick) and bake in a preheated 180C oven for 15 minutes or until pastry turns a golden brown.
