Easy Salmon Rissoles
- 400g can pink salmon
- 1/2 cup (130ml) whole-egg mayonnaise
- 1 cup mashed potato
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers, crushed
Preheat oven 120C. Mix all ingredients together and season with pepper. Shape into cakes and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
