Chilli Con Carne
Serves 4
- 500g lean mince
- 1 pkt chilli con carne seasoning
- 400g can tomatoes
- 300g can red kidney beans
Brown mince in non-stick frying pan. Add chilli con carne mix. Add tomatoes, red kidney beans and ½ cup of water and stir well. Cover and simmer gently for 15 minutes, or until mince is cooked, stirring regularly.
Optional: We often add whatever other vegetables we have in the fridge; onions, carrots, capsicum, etc.
