Chicken Tikka Masala
Serves 4
- 3 chicken breasts
- 2 tbs Tikka Masala Paste
- 400c tin tomato soup
- 3 tbs natural yoghurt
Heat a non stick fry pan, add the chicken and fry for 5-6 mins or until browned. Add the curry paste and soup, mix to combine and simmer for 15 minutes, then stir in the yoghurt and heat through.
Optional: Serve with rice.
