Hi girls, just a quick note to thank you. I am a widower, 56 and looking after a son (really a man of 22). My late wife was the cook in this house. I have struggled a bit with cooking and take away food was becoming the norn rather than a treat.

That was until a friend handed me your book. Mine was about the fourth one she had purchased. I just can't tell you how handy it has become. I now find pleasure in cooking good, tasty food. I can dart down to the shops and collect one or two things and come home and get a meal on the table within an hours in most cases.
